Despite the local newspaper suggesting the festival is this Saturday it is on its normal 1st Saturday of May. The Coppertop Church, 230 E. Skyline Parkway, has plenty of parking and is handicap-accessible. A reminder to please register in advance for classes and for the evening dinner. Concert tickets are available at the door. The classes/full pass includes all concerts. It's a really good deal!
Local craft vendors and instrument vendors will be open from 10AM-3PM. There is no fee to shop from the vendors, however, if you arrive near the concert time there is the $5 concert fee. The vendor area and the concert area are in one open space.
Thank you for supporting this event that brings in performers/instructors throughout the U.S. It's also a great gathering of dulcimer players and enthusiasts from multiple states and yes, Canada, too.
