The festival will be the 1st Saturday in May (May 6, 2017). Come to dulcimer classes, attend concerts, eat together, buy from local vendors, and have fun. Guest instructors/performers will be announced soon. This day is about learning more about playing dulcimers - make some music.
If you would like to offer a class - please let me know.
I'll be finalizing the brochure and opening registration later in January.
Thanks to those who have attended over the years and I hope to see more new people - and our northern neighbors in Canada.

Two Vendor Spots Available at Dulcimer Day/Thanks to helpers
At Dulcimer Day in the vendor area you'll be able to come upon a potter at work at her wheel. Things for sale will include ceramic bowls and other ceramic items, jewelry, bags, hand-made soap, box drums made locally, and dulcimers and dulcimer instruction books.
Pizza lunch will be available for purchase starting about 12:30 PM. Come for lunch and concert. The concert ticket for the 1 PM day concert is only $5.
Dulcimer Day helpers include Bruce, Terry, Kari, Cherlynn, and Angie. Pre-thank you to Phyllis and Gary for running sound. You'll get to here Ordinary Folk pre-concert.
One more week to go. All the classes are open still. Please register for classes ahead of time so there can be enough handouts for everyone.

Dulcimer Day in Duluth 2015
The crew is in line for Dulcimer Day 2015 coming May 2, 2015.

Karen Mueller (International Autoharp champion)
Also, Kari Fox will be teaching a class.
Mountain Dulcimer, Hammered Dulcimer, Guitar, Autoharp, Ukulele, and for the fun of it Juggling.
Come to learn, play, sign, meet other players, shop from vendors, hear great performances, and have fun. The schedule will be up in about a week. On-line registration will open soon too.
